His breakout film was clerks, a movie he filmed at night in a convenience store he worked in. He has had hits and misses. I didn't particulary care for Jersey Girl and I thought that Mallrats was bashed too much.
I loved Mallrats and I can understand how some people don't like Jersy Girl. I can't wait till the end of the year when he starts filming one movie and another right after. A horror and sweet comedy. Does anybody listen to the Smodcast.
