Paris suposedly backed out of an apearance on the billboards music awards because she didn't want to joke on folks she knows.
Is this gal not always making rude comments on folks and to folks?

she does not work. she is spoiled and rich for no reason, yet we are obsessed with her every move.

| Another case of a spoiled rich bit*h, doing whatever the hell she wants when she wants with no regards to anyone else. You would think she would have taken the chance to cut up other celebs in front of an audience.
