Did anyone get this? The way the media had hyped this one up I was looking to get scared and did nothing but laugh or shake my head in disgust.
It was suposed to be like real people interviewing a town about the blair witch and going where people where disapearing in the woods. Kind of like a documentary I supose?

| I watched this, and it wasn't anything at all like what I thought it would be, this was definitely different, and it wasn't as good as I thought it would be.

I think the hype on the internet blew it out of all proportion to be honest. I think its quite an effective film, the lack of blood and gore and stupid CGI effects was a nice change.
Has anyone seen the sequel "the book of shadows" ? now that truly is a piece of crap !

| I watched this movie when it was first released, and I have to agree with Brazenhead with this one. It was a nice change, and thought it was quite effective, especially if you watched the movie at night by yourself. I also agree with Brazenhead that the sequel is horrible.
