GREAT!!! movie! It will have you jumping and screaming from the get go! It starts off with these adventure extreme outdoors gals canoing, and they had a bad car accident on way home. The 1 gals husband and child gets killed. Had to rewind and watch 5 times! Definate spectacular special effects!!Great as Final Destination. lol
Then 1 yr later this 1 gal plans a trip down a wild unexplored cave. The others think it has been explored before, but she is huge risk taker. They find odd things and then a cave in happens and they trapped. But they are not alone. What happens next will surely freak you out! Full of blood, gore, jump out your skin shots, creepy, it has everything a horror film should have!
Loved it!

One of the best horror films in a while. It is a good story. It is filmed well. And you can feel the fear of the women as they are trapped underground with the scary beings.
I love the ending because it is about as close to what would really happen...if the entire movie was real, lol.
A group of thrill seeking women go down into an uncharted cave and tunnel system only to become trapped with a bunch of flesh eating mole like monsters. Seems like an old story, but this one is really good and feels very "fresh".
I liked it.

It really hit home with me, 2 of my worst fears. lol
I used to belong to the National Spelunking Society when I was younger and we explored uncharted caves. Not to them gals extent, Never used ropes, lol. Went on feet, knees and belly though. Very scarey.My parents where members, the explored charted ones wasnt scarey, but those in between had me freaked.We spent the night in a few before.
But that 1 scene where she got trapped in that tight squeeze, happened to us before. The only thing fake about that shot was the lack of guanna??spellling? Bat/Rat poop.All the caves we went in like that you had to wade thru the crap.
We also heard very creepy noises like a huge bear, but was way too far in to be a bear. Those creatures in kinda what we ran thru our head, lol.

It was an ok movie, it did get some jumps out of me, but I felt like the whole cave thing had been done already. I had to watch the whole car accident over and over again also, that kinda caught me by surprise, I was not expecting that. It was kinda slow at first to me, but then picked up. I still dont get the ending though, so was old girl getting out the cave all a dream, someone please explain that to me.

Definately have to agree this was one of the scariest movies in recent years. It's also one of the most underrated and unknown. I hope more people watch this movie and realize how scary this movie is.

I believe that she does NOT get out. She is trapped and going to die when the mole monsters get her. She was dreaming about getting out, but there was no way. That made the ending even better, that she was trapped on the little ledge, knowing death was coming soon after. Good ending.

| this was a great movie. it has you sitting on the edge of your seat and spilling you popcorn. the only thing i didnt get was the end. did she get out or didnt she? dont know if they left it open for a 2nd one.

| I dont think the gal got out, and yeah I also think they left it open to the imagination for a second one?? Would be great if she became the queen of those freaks huh? She done lost it and just as dangerous as them. If they got her, bet she took out quit a few on the way. Besides the ones they already took out of course.

Those freaks are gonna eat her, the dream of her getting out was wild, I thought it was real LOL. Those things have been living down there for thousands of yrs, I wonder how many films they could make if they wanted too. The car accident was definitely not expected (made me think of final destination 2) and we had to watch that one a couple of time as well. The scare factor was good but I give it more props for gore.

It's a great girls movie.. they shows that they can do anything w/out a man.. it's full of suspense and thrill scene, that's why i really love girls..
 Melissa George is one of my favourite actress and i'm interesting in her upcoming horror movie this year..
