Apparently Freddy will be back sometime in late 07 or early 08. This film is supposed to be a prequel to the nightmare on elm st series and according to certain sites Robert Englund will be returning to reprise his role.

| Sweet. I hope this movie is actually scary like the original. The sequels that have came out have been more goofy/funny rather than scary.

| You're right, the sequels haven't measure up but for a little while they did have a good plot so that kept it going. The first one with the killing of Tina in the bedroom is horrific and gruesome, would be cool if they did that with this one.
