Have you ever thought about the effects of your pollution does? Well, this movie explores that notion. Due to major global warming, the weather in North America goes chaotic. Everything is being frozen to ice.
However, this movie isn't just about the world coming to an end. It does have people in it, and how they deal with their loved ones. Close people die, but the ones that do survive are hoping that their other love ones make it to.
The movie isn't just about the graphics (well, a lot of it is), but there's actually a moral to this. The moral is that we should really start cutting back on pollution, and start doing are share to making the world a better place for our children to live in. Sure, what happened in the movie "probably" won't happen in real life, but if we keep pollution, only bad can come out of it. It's not everyday a major blockbuster movie has a moral to it.

The Day After Tomorrow
I like movies like this even though they scare me, they make me really start to think about or planet and all that. Just like the Core and all the other earth shattering movies this one really left a mark on me. A good movie a must see in my book. overall I would rate the movie 4 out 5 stars.

Love the part where they are running through the library as the frost is "Chasing them"
It's a great movie, I'll also give it a 4/5

| yeah I liked that part also I was into it telling them to run faster and when the big tide was coming and everyone was trying to get into the building, yeah so on the edge of my seat.

| Another movie about catastrophe. It reminds me of the likes of The Perfect Storm and Twister... It only shows that we, humans, are helpless to Mother Nature's wrath.
