I seen this movie like 100 times. Cried the first 50, still try to cry even though I know the ending. This is the BEST ever Sci-Fi movie ever to come out. I want me a little E.T.
Elliot finds this E.T. and not so scard of the horrible looking creature and hides him out. They have lots of fun together. My favorite line "ET phone Home"
And of course "Ouch"

I fell asleep in the theater when i went to see this (I think i was about 3 years old), and never saw it again. For some reason I have no desire to either, I know its a classic and a great film, but i think something in my subconscious doesn't want me to watch it....

Is it the voices in your head? Do you not want to "phone home"?

I actually love this movie, Drew Barrymore as a 5 year old is adorable, and every time I sse it, it still makes me cry. Don't like reese's pieces though, LOL. I heard they were the second choice for the candy product placement too, lucky them.
This is a true classic.

E.T. was my childhood favorite movie... I really love it.. The alien is awesom...not the ugly and freaky looking alien. Great movie of all time.....

| I thought it was funny when E.T. was getting Drunk and Eliot was at school and got drunk because the link between the 2 of them. Wow, you know I dont think I ever realized that was Drew Barrymore? Not sure, been awhile since last time we watched this movie.

| The film made me cry, especially the part where Elliot rescued ET from the hands of those nasty scientists... It is indeed a great movie. I admire the friendship between the boy and the alien.
