Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels play Harry and Lloyd, two losers who can't pay their bills and can't hold a job. They go on a cross country tour to return a briefcase to a woman they don't even know not realizing that the suitcase is intended for kidnappers. Hiarious film with lots of stupidity thrown in.

There are few scenes in movie history funnier then when he throws the snowball directly into her face on the ski slope.
a great movie with an absolutely TERRIBLE prequel/sequel.

Agreed, dumb and dumberer was a bad film! I love when Jeff Daniels gets his tounge stuck to the ppole and the part where Jim Carrey thinks he is Bruce Lee in that restaraunt.

loved it! funniest part when jeff daniels is in the bathroom with the broken toilet. how embarrassing. lol.
i agree the 2nd one was not even worth writing about here.

By far one of the best comedies of our time. This is Carrey is his prime. It also allowed for Daniels to show great role versatitlity. Favourite line "Pretty bird, pretty bird."

Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels' version is better than the later version, the Dumb and Dumberer.
