This film runs 98 minutes. Cast includes:Kirsten Dunst as Torrance Shipman ,Eliza Dushku as Missy Pantone, Jesse Bradford as Cliff Pantone ,Gabrielle Union as Isis, Clare Kramer as Courtney,Nicole Bilderback as Whitney,Tsianina Joelson as Darcy, Rini Bell as Kasey,Nathan West as Jan,Huntley Ritter as Les,Shamari Fears as Lava, Natina Reed as Jenelope,Brandi Williams as Lafred,Lindsay Sloane as Big Red, Bianca Kajlich as Carver.
This is one of Lydia's favorite movies, she loves all cheerleading movies. She watched it hundreds of times to learn the routines. Anyways Missy has just moved to a new school that does not offer gymnastics and she joins cheerleading as next best thing. The squad is really snobish and have a lot of problems with Missy. But Torrance is head cheerleader and they have to listen to her, she likes Missy and knows Missy has great talent to offer. They have a huge compitition coming up and the ex coach kind of sabatoged them and they have to work extra hard to come up with new stuff.Pretty good teen movie overall.

| i'm not really into cheerleading movies and shows. but this movie really moved me. it was a a good teen movie

Not your ordinary, teeny-bopper, romance-comedy flick. It is a movie about cheerleading, really entertaining. They've got these cool moves and aerobatic stunts which will definitely awe audience...
The movie is definitely hilarious, especially the "spirit fingers" technique...

I like this movie, I like the way they cheer because they really beautiful, smart and popular in school...It's better to put in a Best Teen Movie rather than in Comedy movie although this movie seem funny it is more about in teenage life...
