Nowhere near as good as any of the original films but it was ok. Martin played Inspector Closeau (a complete oaf) who has to discover the case of the missing pink panther diamond and murder of it's owner. I tell you what made me madder than anything else with this film was Jason Statham short lived part.

I like it, even if it is not related to the cartoon series, it is funnier than the series.

| it took me about 4 tries to get through the movie all the way. I enjoyed it but its just something about the fact I knew Beyonce was in the movie that really held me back from watching it.

| Just not as good as Peter Sellers. Steve Martin makes an okay Inspector but I'm just too big a fan of the old ones. I grew up watching the old ones since my husband loves them. For me the Steve Martin was just like a bad impressionist.
