"What in the wide wide world of sports ig going on here" The railroad was bound to run right through the town of Rock Ridge, but what happens to the townfolk that are the lands' rightful owners. The governors' idead to drive them out is to send in a different kind of sheriff that is sure to piss them off. Great comedy!

| The fact that the whole end scenes of the movie are basically running through other movie sets and hollywood was awesome. Gene Wilder was hilarious in this film. "Come on, boys! The way you're lollygaggin' around here with them picks and them shovels, you'd think it was a hundert an' twenty degree. Can't be more than a hundert an' fourteen."
