| Tom Hanks is so funny! He is Forrest Gump a not so bright character who is in love with Jenny and lives his life wanting her and she is never in reach. They call him stupid but his motto is " Stupid is as stupid does". He goes through life doing GREAT things! Becms national hero, a pingpong champ, invents tons of stuff without even knowing it. He gets all over the place!!

Sometimes the movie is better than the book and this was one of those rare instances. It is so unfair that it takes so long for him and Jenny (Robin Wright from the Princess Bride) to be together.

yes one of my all time favorites. Forest sure is very devoted to his Jenny. But what was the disease she died from in the end? I could never figure out what the disease was.

I think she died from cancer, had it been AIDS then Forrest and his son would have known they were going to be sick. In the book she died from cancer.

I still cry everytime I see him standing in front of Jenny's grave talking to her about their son.
A classic movie that will still be considered great in 100 years. This movie, like Shawshank, is the perfect example why movies can be so GREAT and be so emotional to people.
Everyone recognizes the music from this movie when it comes on and it is hard not to root for Forrest.

| Yes, absolutely a classic. Tom Hanks is great in this movie. This movie just doesn't get boring, highly recommended
