In this film Ron Burgundy is San Diego's top rated anchorman until a woman comes on board. Ron is willing to play along with Veronica as long as she stays in her place. When circumstances force Veronica to take Ron's spot on the news the war begins. IMO, good movie, raunchy comedy, best lines go to Steve Carrel.

| I hated it. I called the drive thru theater and asked which movie was playing first this or Spiderman. They told me Spiderman and were wrong. I had to sit through this movie and hated it. I hate the stupid foul humor. I hate all the foul language. I can't stand Will Ferrel. He's not a comedian he just throws foul language around and thinks he's funny.

| I personally loved this movie. I thought Will Ferrel was hilarious (he's fantastic in Stranger than Fiction). The best scene in this movie was the battle scene with the other news anchors, with Steve Carrel, Ben Stiller, and Luke Wilson all duking it out with their weapons against one another. Couldn't stop laughing in that scene.

I love that part.
Ron Burgundy: Boy, that escalated quickly... I mean, that really got out of hand fast.
Champ Kind: It jumped up a notch.
Ron Burgundy: It did, didn't it?
Brick Tamland: Yeah, I stabbed a man in the heart.
Ron Burgundy: I saw that. Brick killed a guy. Did you throw a trident?
Brick Tamland: Yeah, there were horses, and a man on fire, and I killed a guy with a trident.
Ron Burgundy: Brick, I've been meaning to talk to you about that. You should find yourself a safehouse or a relative close by. Lay low for a while, because you're probably wanted for murder.
