The second one may have been even funnier than the first. Carrey reprises his role as Ace, this time in a jungle setting where he has to try and recover a sacred white bat. The comedic performance given by Carrey is genuis.

| this movie made me howl out loud, especially the birthing scene, jim carrey has no limits and it's all for our good as his audience. this is a movie that is funnier than the first and in many ways that is because the script seems to be tighter. tommy davidson is also in this one, and jim carrey goes to africa... who would have thought a white man would do something worthy of laughter and not tears (except of joy)in Africa?
