| Just watched this film. Clerks II is by far the best of Smith's work just when I thought the funniest film writer to ever live could not possably get any funnier he DID. I don't want to ruin it though because this one puts a great twist on a great plot but if you've seen Ted Levine's wierdo trance dance in Silence of the lambs Jason Mews does an impersonation of that. That isn't even the funniest part of the movie.

| Kevin Smith is one of my favorite film writers, this is the only film I have yet to see, will probably buy it this weekend.

It is not often that a sequel actually lives up to or surpasses it predecessor but if anyone could do it, it's Kevin Smith. This movie was hilarious and definitely buy worthy.
It's ten years later- We begin with Dante going to work at the QuickStop only to find it on fire, fast forward a year and Dante and Randall are working at Mooby's (a fast food joint), it's Dante last day before he finally leaves Jersey forever and moves to Florida with his fiance. Anyone who watched Clerks knows what a day in the life of Dante and Randall can hold.
5 stars, a must see for any Smith fan.

I love the fact that the movie started in black and white. I kind of wished they would have kept the black and white going though. Would have been pretty cool. But, yeah... I loved this movie and was just as good as the original.
Only part I found awkward, was the sappy talk at the end... just didn't seem right for his character IMO.

Clerks II was way better than I expected it to be, Im a big fan of Kevin Smith and especially Jay so I was really looking forward to seeing this. It took me about 3 wachings of Clerks to really understand the movie and actually like it so I was surprised to see how much I really enjoyed Clerks II right off the back. Its a really good movie I laughed all the way through it.
