This is a Christian comedy play runs 139 minutes! Whew! I love Tyler Perry and liked the 1st part of the movie, I fell asleep after about 100 minutes or so. 139 is a bit too long. After they got to all the singing, I gave up. Thats the only problem I have with Tyler Perry's plays, too much singing. Madea wasn't in this one either, what a bummer.
But anyways, you get to meet (David Mann)Brown's brother, sister and few other family members, and also find out that Cora(Tamela J Mann -Davd's wife) is Mr Browns daughter, what a shock! You will need to watch the previous Tyler Perry plays to catch on to the family line. But will catch on to the theme without viewing any others.
Mr Browns Daddy passed away 100+? yrs old. And shows the sillyness familes go thru planning a funeral, fighting over plans and all. One of Browns nieces, her husband cheated on her and got another gal pregnant, a crazy gal. Cora falls in love with the pastor at the church they have the funeral (they are old friends).The other niece her ex-husband wants her back. They had a child get shot and killed 4 yrs earlier and blamed each other.

| I have tried and tired to watch his plays but I always fall asleep on them, they are good dont get me wrong, but I do agree that they are way to long.
