After Kenny accidentally kills a cop's diabetic horse by feeding it the food he purchased from a munchies run, he is put in jail with a million dollar bail. His friends decide to sell marijuana that Thorogood (Chappele) gets through his job as a janitor in a lab. While trying to sell, Thorogood is also trying to get it started with Mary Jane an anti drug daughter of a dealer in jail.

Great movie! To give you an idea of what Kenny fed Buttercup (the horse), this is what his friedns told him to buy. "Get some sour cream and onion chips with some dip, man, some beef jerky, some peanut butter. Get some Haagen-Dasz ice cream bars, a whole lot, make sure chocolate, gotta have chocolate, man. Some popcorn, red popcorn, graham crackers, graham crackers with marshmallows, the little marshmallows and little chocolate bars and we can make s'mores, man. Also, celery, grape jelly, Cap'n Crunch with the little Crunch berries, pizzas. We need two big pizzas, man, everything on 'em, with water, whole lotta water, and Funyons." Think they had the muchies?
