I have seen a Star Wars Spoof, but not the movie. It is the video of Weird Al Yankovic's "The Saga Begins". It is a parody of Don McLean's "American Pie" and accurately states the entire plot of The Phantom Menace...

That one? It is pretty funny... as was Spaceballs. Although I gotta say I prefer the real movies. Sorry... I just do.
