| A star means rebirth and new life shining bright. Death obivously means the end of life. So why call the new spacestation the DeathStar?

I think you're just thinking too much about these names. I mean, take Luke Skywalker. Luke may have awesome powers, but that doesn't mean he can literally walk in the sky. And you can't believe his first name refers to Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John from the Bible.
I mean, I get what your saying, but in movies like this, the name really doesn't mean too much.

Ya, really...too serious..
I read a BBC interview w/Lucus about 2 years ago when he said something like: "Who would have taken us seriously, I mean really, a monkey driving the plane?"
