So today I was getting ready to go get Julia from work and noticed a gang of people standing outside then I notice some yellow tape blocking off this whole section of the apartments, this is why. The fire started at around 1:30-2:00pm they are still out there right now. 1 person was burned on his arms and legs, other than that no one else was hurt from what I was told. 16 units gone 16 families now have nothing. The wind was very strong today which kept the firefighters from putting out the fire, every time they move to another section, it would build back up. I got to talk to this dude from channel 5 news, after I told him I didnt live in any of the apartments that were on fire he said "oh ok, take care" and walked off.
Channel 5,8,11 and some other news channel came
The Salvation Army
The American Red Cross
a gang of firetrucks
a gang of police cars
I only saw 3 ambulances
some other stuff I didn't recognize
3 tow trucks
These pictures are only from one side, I couldn't get over to the other side or even to the front because they had everything blocked. I was able to see 2 of the families who's apartment was on fire and it broke my heart, there was nothing I could do. They have lost everything.

U have the most exciting things happen over by u, its such a shame what those people have lost but thank god it wasnt their lives. Material possesions can always be replaced if need be, people can not

ha ha Julia and I said the same thing, we live a boring life but always seem to be in the middle of everything. I didn't even know the apartments where on fire, I heard the sirens but paid it no mind thinking they were passing by or something. Another firetruck left about 30 minutes ago, still a few down there. I keep going outside to check because awhile ago we heard sirens. The American Red Cross is still up at the office.
Im glad no one was really hurt, they just showed it on the news not to long ago. The firefighter that they talked to said they have yet to figure out the cause of the fire, and that by the time they made it the fire was already at 4 alarm so they had to call more trucks. It was burning for about an hour before I walked outside at 3pm I didn't get out the apartments until 5pm to go get Julia from work (she got off at 4pm). Its now 11pm and they are still down there.
I wanted to cry so bad when this lady just broke down crying, her daughter ran up to her and they were hugging, I guess the older lady was the mother/grandmother because she had to grab the lady and make her come with her, she wouldn't move or anything she was just standing there crying it was a very sad moment, I'm already a very emotional person so that made me want to cry even more.I hid my camera because I didn't want to be standing there taking pictures while she is watching her apartment go up in smoke, I have 2 video clips also but I don't know how to upload them and all that.

| I cant believe u didnt realize the apartments were on fire, LOL. You sound as oblivious to the outside world as I am. I can only imagine how devastating it must be for those people but like i said tommorow is a new day and they still have the privelege of waking up in the morning

well the whole building is now a big pile of rubble and its all gated up. Was going to try and get some pictures before they start to haul all the stuff off. They were back down there this morning when I took Julia to work, we still dont know what caused the fire.
On a lighter note, lol yeah when Im at home, Im at home outside is like a foreign country to me the only time I go outside is to walk Diego other than that Im in the house and not paying attention to anything outside my walls.

| so today has started off ruff already, not only did I mess up the front tire on the passenger side of car (thanks to the city of Irving, Texas). But I have been on the phone with IPB for almost an hour (on and off) trying to swith things over with the forum. For 150 all I get is the run around, and yet they have not fixed the forum. Amazing how people act like they dont understand what the hell Im talking about and they keep telling me the same thing over and over. If they dont fix this crap today and swith my board over (files) Im going to send them a nasty little email (lol like thats going to do something)

| Did u hit a pothole, what happened? I'm sure an email wont make much of an impact, the best thing to do is keep calling constantly until u get to a supervisor that will fix ur problem. They like to screw around with stuff like this so start getting mean (I'ts sad but it is the only way to get immediate or somewhat immediate results)

I was coming off the freeway, this car never slowed down, so I blew my horn and gave the lady the finger (she was on a freaking cellphone), big as day a sign yield did she yield heck no. So I go around her only to run right over this big bleep rock in the middle of the road. (they are doing construction on the freeway over here so things are already crazy in that area. Now the wheel is all wobbly.
For $150 you think people would treat you better but I guess not and Im tired of hearing the same darn thing over and over, the first lady I talked to completely overlooked my question and did not give me an answer, I called back got another lady, seems to me she doesnt even know what IPB is (she was really acting like she knew nothing). Called back again I got a dude on the phone he told me that once the payment went through that they would go ahead and transfer the files over, ok how long does it take to do that? All I want is the freaking uncoded files, thats all I want can I not have the freaking uncoded files and why the hell is the forum saying suspended, when I just paid these crazy bleep bleep bleeeeeeeps 150. Someone is going to give me an answer and I want it now.
I dont want to get rude and ugly but I think Im going to have to. I asked the lady was there a way to setup recurring payments for the hosting, she told me yeah to either add a paypal account, credit card or bank account to the account.
Ok
1. Everytime I tried to hook my paypal to the account it wouldnt accept
2. Everytime I tried to pay with my debit card, it wouldnt go through.
I went and got a 150 visa gift card just so I coulf get the uncoded files and now everything is bleeped up.

Damn, I was just on it this morning and it seemed fine. (I think it was this morning, LOL) Get rude, Get ugly, thats going to be ur only option if u want to get it done. I have tried the nice way and the not nice way, I always get further with the not nice way
Tell them u want to speak to a damn supervisor because they are obviously too incompetent to help you and then go over EVERYTHING once u have one on the phone, if he/she doesnt know what they r doing ask for their boss, keep going higher till u get somewhere. Good Luck

Seems like thats what Im going to have to do. I didnt know that the forum was coded and that I couldnt add mods and stuff to it. In order to do that I need the uncoded files ok cool, thats 150 (whatttttttttttt) are you foreal. Ok ok
Im no forum tech. or whatever but what the heck is going on. How can the forum be suspended when I just paid $150 for you all to uncode the darn files.
When I tried to pay for it through the client center thats when I got an error code telling me to call support. Ok and now I have been doing the tango with these people in a not so professional way.
Before now I could go into the files but I couldnt change them because they are coded now I cant even get to them.......
