I love Nicolas Cage and this was the BEST movie ever!

He was a treasure hunter who was working for this guy that turned bad. And they where racing to find the same treasure. It have everything! Action, drama, mystery, romance you name it. Had a little Indian Jones scene as well was kind of cool. It sure kept us on our toes.

A very good movie that was a lot better then the Di Vinchi Code in my opinion.

I don't think it is Cage's best action flick though - the Rock is really a great movie, but this is pretty close.

He has to go to like Washington D.C. in a national museum to steal a clue! That was pretty wild.

I loved this movie too! I usually like anything with Nicolas Cage in it. This was really entertaining and one of those "don't want to miss a minute" movies. I like movies that keep moving along instead of dragging in spots. This one definitely kept moving.

Oh so much better than DaVinci Code. The history lessons, the hot lead actor (nicholas Cage and that gorgoeous bad guy), the wodnerful East Coast scenery. It also helped that I am affiliated with the Masonic organization and this taught me some history on that organization.

I agree with everyone here. It does copy the Da Vinci code, but in a good way. It's easier to follow, the characters are more fun, and the story is more family oriented and light hearted than the Da Vinci Code.

Never saw/read the Da Vinci Code, so I can't make the comparisons here, but this was a pretty good film.  It kept me entertained the whole time.

Just like a revival of the indiana jones' classics. But the difference is, Nicholas Cage got rich in here. :))

Once again I must diverge from the concensus. We saw this movie and we saw Sahara starring Matthew McConaghey and Penelope Cruz. This one is rated as a freebie here, they were both pretty bad IMHO and clearly done for the paycheck.

Byzantium plot twists that pushed the bounds of believability, women co-stars that were treated like nothing but pretty, powerless, nothing- but - love interests; need I go on? Yes, I need to mention the phoned in performances of the leading and not-so-leading men. I hate movies that promise to be blockbusters and deliver what feels like a deliberate misfire. I can only guess at what I would have thought of the DaVinci Code...
