This is a documentary film about the life of Joe Strummer former lead guitar/vocal of The Clash Band. The movie is called Joe Strummer: The Future Is Unwritten.
This film has been nominated during the Sundance Festival as Grand Jury prize.
You may wonder why Bono of U2 and Johnny Depp are involve in this film.
Me too, I wonder why.. Hehehe..
If you have some information about this documentary film, can you post it here and help me to discuss it. I really love this kind of film..

Seems this documentary has a stellar cast in it, Depp, Cusack and Bono will all be playing themselves so they are probably talking about the influence it had on them. As far as release in theaters or DVD in the US other than the Sundance Film Festival there have been no dates set. Will keep my eyes open for any other news

Matt Dillon will be playing himself too in this
documentary film. I just found out that it will
be release on May 18, 2007 in UK.
About the film, Joe Strummer might have been well ahead of his time,
but I don't reckon that makes him extraordinary. I mean,
if everybody understood what really is to value in life.
I must watch this documentary film.
For U.S., I have no idea when it will be release and I am
also open for any other news of this documentary film.
Any information you can contribute about this documentary
film is a big help for me.
