Its about Tip Harris aka T.I his brother and him dad died and so he lives with a friend.And every Sunday they go skating at Cascade and he falls in love .his brother starts selling drugs and he goes to jail .And his girlfriend lies about her being poor she is very rich well I don't want to tell the whole thing.
