Great movie!

I also read the book, and I loved both. I do think that idf you didn't read the book, you may have some difficulties understanding whats going on as the book goes into much greater detail, but I've asked some people that has seent he movie and has not read the book, and they still said they understood what was going on and liked it.

So go see it! It just came on dvd!

it is a good movie, but it is terrible slow. they are faithful to the book, which is nice, but it is a little slow for me.

I also thought the movie was decent. Personally, I love Tom Hanks as an actor, and he's great and all, but I just didn't think he fit this role well as Robert Langdon. Someone like Hugh Jackman would be a lot better, in my opinion.

Now I was disappointed in the movie. I read the book first and loved it. The movie was very slow and did not hold my attention.

The movie wasn't too scary, at least to me anyways. If you do watch the movie, just remember the movie isn't real, it's just a story made up by Dan Brown. Only some facts are true, but that doesn't mean the whole movie was true.

I haven't seen it yet and am ashamed to admit that I will not see the film until I read the book.

OK Pastors said the samething about Stigmata and the Body I have even heard of some around here that said The Passion was Evil. However The Body and The Passion were wasted film anyway. Stigmata was good enough to watch a second time. Anyway here is a rundown on The Davinci Code. Dogma meets Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade meets The Body and procreated one worthless movie.

I wasnt disappointed in this film at all, I thought Tom Hanks did an okay job, not as great as usual but ok. I wasn't bored and the movie didnt really seem to be slow to me. I wouldnt classify it as a movie that would mess with ur mind but more like a movie that will make you think.

It it a very controversial movie ever...there is a rumors that when you watched this movie you're faith will change...I don't know exactly what they mean about that but when I watched it nothing change in my faith...the movie is just like an ordinary one which I can categorized as fiction movie...But the story was amazing....

I dunno why did they make it complicated. I saw the movie and I like it's creativity. I mean I don't see anything wrong with that, well it depends on your faith if you believed it or not, for me it's just a fiction movie.smile_bett.gif

i guess the producers are thinking that casting tom hanks will make the movie more appealing to audience since he is a hollywood icon.

I like the movie the way they make the twist... My friends say the book is better than the movie... But I don't have time to read the book. So, the movie is the best for me and I really like Tom Hanks.
