This movie was nothing short of amazing. It was a riveting story of a man (Michael Clarke Duncan) who is slow but has an incredible gift to help others. While on Death Row for a crime he didn't commit he helps other guards (Tom Hanks, James Crowell). Be ready with the tissues for this one.

The man who played the guard brutal is the cop that is torturing House. Both the movie and the novel make me cry, it is such a sad story.

This was quite a captivating story, and wonderfully done by Frank Darabont.
Stephen King story + Frank Darabont film = total win.

Wild Bill Wharton was played by Sam Rockwell (incredibly talented). He has been in numerous films including Matchstick Men, Confessions of a Dangerous Mind, Charlie's Angels & A Midsummer Night's Dream.

This movie really touched me, not only because of the acting. But it was because of the plot of the novel. A real masterpiece.
