Hi there..

I've been lurking a bit finally decided to say hi.

I've been looking about for different movie forums, especially new ones.  The bigger, more active ones are just hard to get going on.

I run my own little entertainment site as well [link in sig].

Anyway, I hope to talk to like-minded people and to learn more about movies and whatnot.

Hey good to meet you too.  And thanks for stopping by my site -- now if I can only get the traffic up in the forums... :)

It's funny because the traffic to my website is good, for being up a few months, but the traffic to the forums isn't.  Maybe it's just that people aren't as talkative or that, because it's empty, they don't want to join.

But, I've got Adwords working for me and I've been posting wherever I can.. without getting banned for spamming... :)

Hi, Kristy -

I like all types of films except bad ones. ;-)  I've been keen on the indie films as of late - there are  a lot of good ones.  I just finished watching a film called Beyond the Gates with Hugh Dancy (Black Hawk Down, Blood and Chocolate) and John Hurt (V for Vendetta).  It's based on true events in Rwanda during the 90's.  Very powerful drama.    I want to see Starter for 10 and Black Snake Moan.

I do enjoy the horror film here and there and the cheesy superhero films, too.  I even enjoy the romantic comedies.  I'm a sap like that.

I like mostly horror films myself. I am usually very talkative, but started working again, so trying to get used to that and spending time with my husband and daughter, doesnt leave me much online time right now. Hope to be back at it really soon! )talking away online that is!)

Welcome, Steve! Hope 213 is doing well and that you are enjoying your stay here at Cinema Fanatics. I'm a new staff member, so I am trying to get to know everyone and learn the ins and outs of the site. I look forward to reading some of your movie reviews and thoughts about tv shows. Have fun! :)
